Do free questions include explanations?
Every item has a rationale, and most carry option-by-option reasoning. An answer without an explanation is not practice, so it is not something we hold back.
Are Next Gen formats in the free practice?
Yes — matrix, bow-tie, ordering, drop-down cloze, highlight and select-N, each scored per element the way the exam scores it.
Does free practice count toward my profile?
Yes. Everything you answer is saved and tagged, so your clinical judgment profile is built from free practice as much as from anything else.
What does paying add?
Volume and the untimed run of the whole bank. The tagging, the rationales and the reporting are not the paid part.
